Individuals
So often we get stuck in life. The track record for decisions seems to be the same. We feel trapped and left wondering why we do what we do. Through enneagram coaching you will understand the WHY of what you do. The enneagram will bring to light both the strengths and weaknesses. As you use the enneagram you will see yourself in a different way and be pushed to be the best you that you can be.
Staffs/Teams
Each day at work you communicate with the people around you. Sometimes the team work is great and sometimes it struggles. Regardless of the day, there is always room for improvement. Exploring the enneagram as a team will bring more unity to the team while enjoying each other more. You will begin to understand the "Why?" behind each of your staff members.
